Your Data Stays Private

SmartMail does not use your emails to train AI models. Sensitive information like IDs, financial details, and personal data is detected and protected before any AI processing occurs.
Your data is not shared with third parties. When you disconnect your account, your data is deleted. We recently passed the CASA Tier 2 security assessment, independently verified by TAC Security. That means a third party tested our application for vulnerabilities across authentication, encryption, API security, and data protection, and confirmed the controls are in place.
