SmartMail's name, logo, design, and features are our property and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without written permission.

• Free Tier: Limited access with usage restrictions
• Paid Plans: Billed monthly or annually with automatic renewal
• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime; access continues until the billing period ends
• Fee Changes: We may change fees with notice at your next billing cycle
• Refunds: Generally non-refundable, except where required by law

SmartMail is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated suggestions will be accurate or appropriate
• The service will meet your specific needs

You are responsible for reviewing any AI suggestions before taking action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend and hold SmartMail harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

• By You: You may delete your account anytime in settings
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations or harmful activity
• Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice in the service.

Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
